1. All Thomians who have represented STC Mount Lavinia in 1st XV, 2nd XV and U-17 Rugby Football are eligible to be enrolled as a member of the OTRFU.
2. The present Annual Membership fee for Under 25 years, is LKR 1,000/=.
The Life Membership Fee is LKR 5,000/=.
For those over 50 years of age, no fee will be charged.
